Resin Pour with Fusion Mineral Paints and Resin
We are running our Resin Pour workshop every month. Anyone can do this workshop; you don’t need any experience. An afternoon of fun for any age range, the final piece will look great on your wall or as a unique handmade gift.
The course is 3 hours in total, our in house Surface Pattern Designer will start of by teaching you everything you need to know about colour and colour theory. For example, how to pair colours together and how to mix any colour. You will also learn about a selection of art movements and artists to give you some inspiration.
You will practice on a small canvas then move onto a large canvas sized 30cm x 40cm. We use Fusion Mineral Paint and Fusion Resin to create a gorgeous glossy effect on the canvas.
You will leave the workshop with your 2 canvases and a booklet with everything you've learnt. Meaning you can continue your creative journey at home, the colour theory knowledge can be applied to many disciplines for example interiors, general crafts, design etc
Charlotte has studied a design degree meaning she is a bank of knowledge about colour, materials, and texture. She will be able to advise you on anything you need and teach you great techniques!

Upholstery Experience

This is a unique course you would be working alongside an experienced upholsterer and other students. You will be able to customize the footstool to your taste with a wide range of quality materials & finishing touches, including fabrics, trims, legs, and paint. All materials, foam and equipment are included in the price of the course. You don’t need any experience to take part!
The course runs from 9-5 and you create the footstool within the day. Kev or Andy will be on hand to help you throughout every step, meaning you will leave with a high-quality footstool which is personalised to you. You will need to bring 1 metre of fabric or alternatively you can purchase any of our stock fabrics. All fabrics are a very high standard, the brands available are Designers Guild, Sanderson, Linwood, Kirkby Design

Bespoke Lampshades
Make your own lampshade from scratch, you can take your pick from 3 different shapes of lampshade including oval, rounded or hexagon. We use 40cm diameter shades however we can order different sizes, if that works better for you!

All you need t bring is yourself and 1 metre of fabric, we recommend you do not use satin or silk but anything else will work! Alternatively you can purchase one of our stock fabrics, we have a wide selection of brands and colours. The brands include Designers Guild, Warwick, Cristina Marrone & Linwood.
